Tournament participant's personal liability release. In consideration of being allowed to participate in these American Fishing Tournaments, LLC team tournament trail fishing events and tournaments, you acknowledge and agree that the risk of injury from these events is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist, and I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the release or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation, and I willing agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions for participation in this event; and I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless American Fishing Tournaments, LLC team tournament trail tournaments, their officer, agents, and/or employees, sponsoring agents, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, the owners or lessors of premises used to conduct this event (Releases) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the release or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.
